These terms and conditions apply to the redemption of the midweek funeral offer of AUD $300 at selected InvoCare funeral brands issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (Offer). By accepting the Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The Offer applies to funeral services conducted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excluding public holidays. The Offer is only applicable to the prices listed on our website’s Pricing Disclosure Document and cannot be applied to funeral package pricing, direct no service cremations or prepaid funerals. The Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts. This Offer is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in full. Any unused portion will not be refunded.
• The Offer is subject to the Purslowe & Chipper Funeral’s availability and operational capacity.
• Bookings must be confirmed in writing by the Provider.
• Rescheduling to non-eligible days will void the Offer.
• Promotional Period: 22 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
• InvoCare reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer with prior written notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
• These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.
• In the event that a refund is requested for the transaction, the $300 offer will be deemed forfeited and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
