Meet Jacqualine
How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I have been an arranger for 4 years. I was in a medical corporate environment all my working life and got to a stage where I wanted to do something more meaningful.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
This is honestly the most rewarding role I have ever held, being there for friends and families during their time of grief is not only rewarding but an absolute honour and privilege. I am also blessed to lead our amazing Wangara team who share these values.
What makes your brand special?
A great supportive team, especially at times when you have a funeral that has particularly touched you. Our experienced team members are always open to sharing advice and new team members are open to growth. We make sure that we hold the family’s hand from the time they place the first call until they collect the Death Certificate from us. Honouring loved ones in our beautiful chapel and welcoming reception lounge and sharing of memories after the service.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love cooking & baking, decorating cakes for all occasions. I also love to travel and going on long walks with the grandkids and spending time with my family.
I am a Dockers fan and still support the Springboks rugby team.
