15 Scarborough Beach Road
North Perth WA 6006
Purslowe Funerals and Chipper Funerals have come together to bring more than 235 years of combined experience caring for families.
The location will be undergoing a refurbishment commencing early 2019. The refurbishment will include a larger brighter chapel, separate condolence lounge, an outdoor gathering area and parking availability will increase to 25 car bays.
The North Perth location is located centrally on Scarborough Beach Road with neighbours including the Beatty Park Leisure Centre, Hyde Park, Woodville Reserve Pavillion and Charles Veryard Reserve. We're proud to serve North Perth families and those in surrounding communities including Northbridge, Leederville, Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn, Coolbinia, Menora, Joodanna and more. We are situated in the heart of the Italian and Macedonian and Greek Communities and so we are fully conversant with the varying traditions.
Our North Perth team can help bring your family together to arrange a funeral service that truly celebrates and honours the life and values of your loved one.
Values – we all hold them dear. Some drive us, some inspire us and they can say a lot about us.
We have a beautiful on-site chapel available for funeral services. The chapel is turquoise with a stained glass window as a feature. The chapel seats 60 with room for standing, audio-visual facilities.
Parking is limited at our funeral home.
The team at Purslowe & Chipper Funerals North Perth are with you every step of the way, keeping you informed and guiding you through the arrangements as much or as little as you need.
We have a great, supportive team which consists of our location manager Michelle, our friendly administrator Pauline and two arrangers/conductors Majorie and Josh. We all work well together and are very supportive of one another.
Pauline Farrell – Administrator
Pauline is our cheeky kiwi administrator. She is the first port of call when making contact with the North Perth location. Pauline will always extend herself to assist families and her co-workers. You are instantly warmed to Pauline with her caring and empathetic nature. She often brags about receiving the most hugs from families!
Marjorie Picton – Arranger Conductor
Marjorie is adaptable and capable of looking after families who require the all-female funeral team with Mareena Purslowe Funerals and the traditional funeral service with Purslowe & Chipper Funerals. Marjorie applies diligence, practicality, and resourcefulness when assisting her families.
Josh Higgins – Arranger Conductor
Josh is professional, patient and caring with all our families and team. His creative touch individualizes each service of which families really appreciate. Josh is the thorn amongst all the roses at this location.

I support the Macedonian community.
Michelle Kara, Location Manager
Purslowe & Chipper Funerals supports a range of community programs designed to help the young and old alike, as well as hosting memorial services and informational seminars.
We are members of your local social group, sporting club and church. We're as proud of the support we provide to community organisations and programs as we are of the care we provide to families.
Preplanning your funeral makes sense. A prepaid funeral takes the emotional stress off your family, locks in your funeral cost at today’s price, and allows you to plan things your way.
In the Book of Ideas, funeral directors have shared some of their stories of how families have honoured their loved ones, so that you can draw inspiration for your own funeral arrangements.
When you're organising a funeral service, one of the first decisions will be whether you are organising a burial or a cremation. This choice will directly impact the type of funeral service you will have.
